About Andrea (she/her)
I’m a mixed methods user experience researcher lead specializing in identifying and evaluating product-market fit in taking first generation products to market. Currently, I’m a senior staff UX researcher at Achieve, a digital personal financial company.
If you’re working on websites, mobile apps, software, hardware, voice or conversational experiences - I can help your team gain clarity about improving satisfaction and engagement with your products, identifying critical market opportunities, and de-risking product launches and releases by identifying what’s most important to the audiences that you want to reach. I have a particular passion for creating inclusive, accessible experiences from the earliest stages of development.
I’ve conducted formative and evaluative research for consumer and enterprise audiences in the US and worldwide, moderating more than 1,200 participants ranging from 9 to 90 years old. I know how to adapt and triangulate multiple user research methods to deliver fast yet thorough design and product insights across industries with complex technical and regulatory requirements, ranging from Big Tech to education to finance. I'm equally well versed in running remote and in-person end-to-end research studies, and I’ve established an in-house UX research practice from scratch for a major multinational company’s business unit to uplevel their UX maturity as an organization.
